This article is tend to record the approach to form a blog based on Typecho.
I have formed a blog based on hexo years later.It's simple and easy-learning for green hands.But at that time I had nothing to record because of poooor knowledge in CS.Now I do have something to record, like knowledge sharing, paper research and so on.I form the new blog based on Typecho which is recommended by SSpirits, an excellent developer in web.
In short,when compared to Word Press, Typecho is light-weighted and suitable for whom just wanna record something on the blog.
Now let's begin.(this article is for those who are green hands, so it will be a little verbose.
A server
Nowadays China has become increasingly rigorous on checking websites.So if you doesnt' want to waste tremendous time, please don't utilize server in Chinise mainland.You can choose Vultr(like me),Bangwagong and so on.5$ per month is the cheapest on Vultr.And please notice that don't choose server in Tokyo,for there will alwasy be Ping>400 and instable.You can pay the bill throgh Alipay and Wechat.

A domain name
Buy a domain name you like on GoDaddy,just buy one year --- if you would like to save money by some tricks.To know details,you can turn to Google.
Procedure

If you use Vultr, then you don't need to use a Xshell.You can use the shell offered by Vultr on its website.
Theme and Plugin
Theme.
There are some free high-quality themes on this website.Download and release.Please remeber to read the Readme or notice offered by developer, such as change the file name or you may get into trouble.Then copy it into the file named "theme" through BAOTA FILE TRANSOPORT function.Then you can check new theme in your Typecho's Console.

Check you like on it.
